Bra Alternatives For Any Body Type

Let’s get real: bra shopping can be a real pain, especially if you’re a woman with a full bust. There are so many options out there for women of all shapes and sizes, claiming to be the best option but how do you know which is right for you?
At Fashion First Aid we want to help you solve even the most personal of your fashion issues. And since summer’s right around the corner, we want to encourage to say bye to your uncomfortable lingerie and go backless in your favorite summer dress, regardless of your bra size! And while you may be skeptical to having a #brafree summer, we’re here to show you how easy it is to wear any and every style of clothing this summer, all thanks to our bra alternatives. Check below to see our solutions to the longtime question: what kind of bra do I wear with that?

For when you go backless, try silicone concealers to prevent exposed nipples. They work perfectly under gowns or sheer tops, to prevent unwanted outlines and make going braless easy.

For when you’re ready to rock the deep v-cut but want to keep everything in place, use a double-sided fashion tape. Made especially to keep fabric in place and your private parts concealed, this works perfectly to help avoid unwanted slips!

Strappy dresses have officially met their match! For when you don’t have the right bra to wear with a cross back dress, adhesive breast lifts help keep everything in place, while providing a natural “lift” that you typically get from a bra.

I love these ideas, but I’m a 34HH, and I’m always SO NERVOUS about trying bra-less solutions. Should I even CONSIDER it? I hate bras. All of mine have underwires and they are so uncomfortable!
